Architect-designed Passive House · Lake Wānaka · New Zealand
An architect-designed, certified Passive House of quiet proportions — five minutes from the lake, a world from anywhere. Built for long breakfasts, cold swims and warm evenings.
Triple glazing, a thermal-bridge-free envelope and continuous filtered fresh air. No draughts, no cold corners, no morning scramble for the heat pump — and firewood that lasts the whole season.
A quiet street on the edge of Wānaka township — walk to the lakefront, drive to two ski fields.
Booked direct, always. The price you see is the price you pay — no platform commission, no service fee, no cleaning surprise at the end.
Also listed on Airbnb — the same house, about 15% dearer once fees land. See the listing ↗
