Answered plainly, for people and for the assistants they ask.

Can an AI assistant book the house without a human?

Yes. Searching and quoting need no key at all; a booking needs a guest name and email. One POST holds the dates for thirty minutes and returns a Stripe Checkout link to finish payment.

What does it cost?

NZ$950 a night in every season, plus a one-off NZ$180 cleaning fee. GST included, no platform or booking fees.

What does a Passive House mean for a guest?

21°C through a Central Otago winter with almost no heating. No draughts, no cold corners, no traffic noise, and filtered fresh air in every room — the difference is obvious within an hour of arriving.

How many does it sleep?

Eight, across four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

How close is the lake, and the skiing?

Six minutes' walk to the waterfront. Thirty minutes to Treble Cone, forty to Cardrona, an hour to Queenstown Airport.

If plans change?

Free cancellation to fourteen days before arrival, half back to seven days, nothing inside seven. By email or by API, whichever is easier.
